This is an interactive class filled with fun pre-school learning activities and focused on language development.
Preschoolers are guided to develop early math and literacy skills through games and storytelling. Conversational skills are developed through gentle prompts and songs.

Kindergarten
(bilingual program for the children 5-6 y. o. of age eligible for Kindergarten enrollment)
This Program is imbedded in the Pre-School curriculum with additional daily instructional activities units in Russian and English language. The curriculum is designed based on Common Core Standards for Kindergarten. Singapore Math is a foundation for the Mathematical part of the Program.

The course focuses on studying words, sentences and texts as a unit of speech and language. When discussing phonetics, the children learn about sounds, letters, vowels and consonants. A lot of attention is given to the correct division of words into syllables, and transferring the word from one line to another.
In terms of writing the goals are set on developing orthographic skills and correct spelling as well as learning to correctly use punctuation in sentences.

For reading, we use poems and short stories of the Russian classics.
